Raising my rating by one star now that I know how to get rid of that wasted space. So far, this version seems ok but, I don't really yet appreciate any differences. Now I am back to where it was for the previosu version. So, I like Tweetbot - but really do not like this specific of the new design.īy accident I figured out how to reduce the sidebar. Really should be a means to minimze that column and turn it into an icon that can be expanded when needed (or I can just use the menu). But now, when I click on Tweetbot it overwrite those apps - and I am not going to reduce their screen size to accomodate a useless column. With version 2 I could minimize the width of the window to just the timeline and then I set all of my other apps (Safari, Omnofocus, etc.) to use the remainder. Large black column with nothing in it except some menu items at the top. It’s an incredible waste of screen real estate. I spent 15 minutes looking for an option to let me hide the sidebar.
